Validity of the offer.
Our Autumn Laser Hair Removal offer runs from 15th of September 2018 till 22nd of December 2018 and we will consider quotations only from London based clinics/salons. Our offer to beat any price for laser hair removal stands only for the full package (course of 6 treatments) and payment for full package in advance is required. Package price once agreed is not refundable or changeable. Package/treatment is not transferable to any other person.
5Th Avenue Medical Clinic reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes will be notified to all via this website as soon as possible.
5Th Avenue Medical Clinic’s employees or their close family members shall not be permitted to benefit from this offer.
Appointments and Cancellations

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
Our offer: ‘we will beat any price on laser hair removal’ is based on prices only from comparable Laser Machines and only quotations based on Laser LightSheer Desire and Soprano ICE will be accepted and considered.
Please note, we don’t accept Groupon, Treatwell, Living Social, Yipit, Wowcher etc treatment quotations and this offer cannot be combined and/or mixed with any other promotion which we run.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice in order to reallocate your appointment to another client. Failure to give the required notice may result in your being charged a cancellation fee.
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Our Therapists will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
If you have paid for a course of treatments and are subsequently unable to complete the course, we will offer you the equivalent value in other treatments at the discretion of the management. Refunds are not given.
Please note we have right to refuse the treatment.
Courses of Treatments
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in advance (before the first treatment) full on the day of the first treatment- z. All treatments must be taken within 14 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 14 months will be forfeited.
Patch test required 24H before the treatment – 15£ fee will be charged in advance and later deducted from the package price.
Treatment Suitability/Restrictions
We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. If you are not suitable for treatment, 5Th Avenue Medical Clinic will offer a full refund.
Must be 18 or older. Not suitable for customers over 65. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not suitable for customers with diabetes. Not suitable for customers with history of cancer. No open cuts or contagious skin complaints. Customer must notify merchant of any medications they are on. Customers with sensitive skin may wish to consider their suitability before purchase. Suitable for skin types 1-5.
Please note that Cosmetic medicine does sometimes carry unwanted side effects, 5Th Avenue Medical Clinic take every precaution to minimise and limit complications. Reported side effects include but are not limited to discomfort, burning/bruising, swelling and pigmentation.
5) Liability
5Th Avenue Medical Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide 5Th Avenue Medical Clinic Therapists with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. 5Th Avenue Medical Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The customer agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, The 5Th Avenue Medical Clinic regarding the care of a treated area.
