Sports Massage

Sports massage has become very popular alongside other physiotherapy treatments amongst many professional athletes and sport fanatics.  Different techniques and methods of massage are being used depending on type of training being performed and and personal expectations. Sports massage could be sometimes painful as most commonly strong kneading techniques are being used.

Acupuncture

The knowledge from Chinese and western medicine combined brings great results in treating osteoarthritis, back and neck pain ,migraines and tendinopathies. Acupuncture stimulates the brain to produce specific chemicals to promote healing, reduce inflammation and decrease the pain. Alongside with the treatment patient very often receives a home exercises programme to maintain effect of the treatment.

Physiotherapy:

Mobilizations, traction, home exercises programme

On a first session physiotherapist will take a medical history of the patient and will use special tests to locate the source of the problem. After initial assessment a physiotherapist chooses the right therapy and  home exercises programme which should be performed as required in order to improve the patient’s condition.
